Administrator
Description
Manage timekeeping and attendance discipline responsibilities for site employees, including entering time and training managers on system requirements.
Coordinate timekeeping reports and schedules with corporate payroll and monitor the implementation of policies regarding wages, hours, and working conditions to ensure compliance with labor contracts.
Partner with the HR Business Partner to develop workforce analysis through analytics, data, and reports related to turnover, talent acquisition, talent management, and performance management.
Assist in coordinating employee life cycle management activities, support union matters, and handle arbitrations and grievances.
Organize planning, scheduling, and logistics for various HR activities such as New Employee Orientation, interviews, and site trainings.
