Position Highlights:

• Flexible schedulesavailable: Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem

• Outpatient-onlysetting, caring for patients of all ages

• Strong support teamincluding MAs, RNs, front desk staff, and leadership

• On-site servicessuch as lab, imaging, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, and Social Worker (varies by location)

• Supported by a financially-sound, integrated health system dedicated to innovation and provider wellness

Qualifications:

• Active FNP or PA license & certification

• DEA with prescriptive authority

• Primary Care experience required

• Comfortable treating all ages

• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

• Annual base pay: $117,500 to $137,500, based on experience, plus wRVUs
