Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Training Standards Developer to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide an OSINT Learning Management System (LMS) application capable of enhancing the current OSINT Basic Course (OBC) through online virtual delivery and providing a synthetic training environment to model and simulate real world OSINT activities.

  • Monitor training events and provide feedback on instructional material and advise the learning manager of changes required to the curriculum.

  • Propose and monitor training standards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors & 10+ years of experience, Masters & 8+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 5+ years of experience

  • Ability to successfully deliver a program to a customer (or manage performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under direction of another PM) and to manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.

  • Ability to define or contribute to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements and to manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing.

  • Knowledge to ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to SAIC leadership.

  • Skills to provide key input and direction in planning, developing, and implementing the program baseline; identify key resources to manage and execute to the program baseline; identify and analyze moderate variances and define corrective actions; use standard, well-defined processes, procedures, techniques, or tools that require program-specific modifications; and develop some program specific processes, procedures, techniques, or tools.

  • TS/SCI Clearance required with SCI eligibility
