Responsibilities:
Fiscal Accounting & Analysis:
- Accounts Payable
- Journal Voucher
- Accounts Receivable
- Backup to the Credit Card Administrator
- Fund 411 Activities - AssetWorks, Fuel & MERs
Payroll & Benefits Administrator:
- Detail oriented

Required Qualifications:
- An associate degree in accounting, auditing, budgeting, or general business administration AND 1 year experience in a financial field. OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Successful completion of 15 credit hours of college-level accounting, auditing, or budgeting.
- Experience with Payroll or Accounts Payable.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience using professional automated accounting programs.
- Ability to perform accurate work using knowledge of general accounting practices.
- Experience with using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (2 years of experience in a professional setting).
- Demonstrated ability in prioritizing and completing multiple assignments within required timeframes.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering and supporting an environment that honors diversity, equity, inclusion, and environmental justice practices.
- Perform assigned duties in a manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations and public records retention and requests are followed.
- Proficiency in using a ten-key calculator.
