Job Description

The Design Enablement Services (DES) team, within SMG\ Global Partner Support (GPS)\ Global Customer Success (GCS) Group, is passionate about providing a portfolio of services in a way that enables sales and accelerates customers' time to market so that we can help Intel increase revenue and reduce costs. Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams in providing validation reference tools and boards to select customer audiences

  • Enforcing precision on customer shipments, invoices, and payments

  • Auditing and presenting data to program sponsors and corporate oversight boards

  • Planning new offerings and up-leveling new team members on building and existing processes

  • Providing guidance to teams exploring the need to service and charge external customers

Successful candidate will :

  • Can-do, problem-solving attitude and flexibility in finding a solution.

  • Excellent communication skills including speaking, writing, and diagramming.

  • Willing to gather and translate requirements across multi-disciplines including electronics engineering, software development, export and customs, taxes, legal, and finance.

  • Passionate desire to pursue further learning in any of the above areas.

  • Strong networking skills

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • 5+ years of combined experience in the following:

  • Leading teams through project startup

  • Experience with motherboard design and validation.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Knowledge of industry best practices in electronics manufacturing and assembly

  • Familiarity with Intel platforms and power specifications

  • Comfortable with Power BI and Microsoft Office

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $105,797.00-$175,105.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
