We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our organization's IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient operations across all IT systems and networks, managing a team responsible for day-to-day IT support, infrastructure maintenance, and system upgrades. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to strategize and implement IT initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

2. Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support specialists.

3. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

4. IT Infrastructure Management:

5. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and telecommunications systems.

6. Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and services.

7. Operations Management:

8. Monitor and manage IT operations to meet performance, capacity, and availability targets.

9. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

10. Project Management:

11. Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects and initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

12. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

13. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

14. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to negotiate contracts and service agreements.

15. Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand IT needs and priorities and ensure IT solutions meet business requirements.

16. Risk Management and Security:

17. Implement and maintain IT security measures, including data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

18. Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and proactively address security issues.

19. Budgeting and Cost Management:

20. Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial goals.

21. Evaluate and recommend investments in IT infrastructure and technology solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT operations management or a similar role, with a strong technical background.

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.

• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $131,939.50- $171,350.
