Hiring for Phlebotomist III

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist III to join our team. The primary duties will include drawing and processing blood samples and data entry. This is a busy location, so we prefer candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to work independently as you will be working alone most of the time. Good computer and typing skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

• Drawing and processing blood samples.

• Data entry.

• Operating independently and managing the workload effectively.

• Handling hard sticks without assistance.

• Maintaining knowledge of the draw scale.

• Providing excellent customer service.

• Using butterfly needles and handling difficult venipuncture cases.

Work Environment

You will be working at the Conviva Floresville clinic with training provided in San Antonio. Travel expenses for training outside of your home base will be covered. The work schedule is from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
