Seeking a Project Control Specialist to enhance infrastructure projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, team-oriented, and possesses strong communication, organizational, and writing skills.

- Lead/support project control activities for public infrastructure and industrial construction projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and reporting structures.
- Provide financial oversight, resource planning, and performance tracking.
- Establish risk management protocols and manage project controls team members.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies and ensure a safe work environment.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in project controls (1-3 years supervisory experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Office 365.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Certification in Cost Control (CCC/CCE) or Scheduling (PSP) is a plus.
