Genesee County Road Commission Fleet Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift in Flint, Michigan
Genesee County Road Commission (GCRC), Flint, Michigan, is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor 2nd shift for supervising automotive and/or heavy vehicle/equipment repair, overhaul and maintenance functions and personnel. Performs supervision and management functions relating to disciplinary actions, addressing employee behaviors and running maintenance operations in an efficient and cost saving manner. Applicants must possess at least six (6) years of experience in skilled mechanical field or equivalent, a High School Diploma/GED, and a valid Michigan Driver's License. At least three (3) years of supervisory experience is preferred. The hourly salary range is $76,396 - $79,936, with a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, paid holidays and vacation, pension, and deferred compensation.
