Job Summary
You will provide support to the Department of Public Health & Health Sciences students, faculty and programs. You will directly report to the department Office Manager.
Responsibilities
Department Support
Greet all visitors and answer inquiries and concerns from students, faculty and the public
Run reports
Track department's technology inventory
Manage department's social media pages
Select and order program and departmental promotional items.
Plan department events
Program/Student Support
Assist faculty and student with program-related matters
Support faculty search committees
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
Support student groups/organizations
Support academic advisors
Support student internship activities
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of administrative experience
Work Schedule
Hybrid:
A consistent work schedule (some days on campus and some days working remotely) is available for this position at this time. However, it is subject to change based upon the duties of the position and the needs of the department.
