JOB TITLE: Manager Client Services

Responsible for the coordination and management in the implementation of company products for customer sites. Responsible for the day-to-day communication with the customers regarding installations, trainings and provide issue resolutions. Specific duties include: (1) guide and manage all aspects of installations to meet deadlines for go-live systems; (2) develop detailed schedules of assigned projects for New Product Introductions; (3) coordinate all departments as they relate to product production; (4) organize interdepartmental activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and successfully produced; (5) evaluate and secure required resources to match project and production needs; (6) motivate product contributors; (7) conduct status meetings with both internal teams and external customers; (8) track, monitor, and report project progress on a regular basis to the Executive Management Team through there direct supervisor; (9) ensure product quality metrics are gathered; (10) analyze data and implement corrective actions as required to improve quality; and (11) maintain product implementation documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree in Project Management, or related field or foreign equivalent and functional knowledge of the following:
- Define Epic, Story Points, and acceptance criteria in Jira to assign and track task progress in Kanban.
- Using MS Project to create project plans and define baseline to track progress and check variances for waterfall projects.
- Using Smartsheet to create dashboard for in-time project & portfolio status reporting for internal & external stakeholders.
