Project Engineer - DUTIES: Perform project estimating related work. Manage scheduling of the project. Revenue, cost, and cash flow management. Assist in operations planning. Administer contracts and subcontracts. Reading, analyzing and identifying discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents. This includes working on: analyzing construction plans drawings and understand the project at-large scope of work on construction projects and its effect on subcontractor scope; able to read, analyze and identify discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents; and able to communicate and facilitate client expectations, specifically regarding the financial, construction, work product quality, and scheduling aspects of the project. Domestic travel required at least 5%.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience stated herein to involve: (1) analyze construction plans drawings and understand the project at-large scope of work on construction projects and its effect on subcontractor scope; (2) read, analyze and identify discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents; and (3) communicate and facilitate client expectations, specifically regarding the financial, construction, work product quality, and scheduling aspects of the project. Domestic travel required at least 5%.
