Wittenberg Weiner Consulting LLC Operations and Administrative Specialist IV in Fayetteville, North Carolina

CeLeen, an operating group of Command Holdings, is currently seeking a SOF Operations & Administrative Specialist for a high visibility program providing training and exercise support to U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This position supports the J37 Collective Training Division by scheduling, coordinating, and synchronizing daily operations and administration functions.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).

  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

  • Ability to work in confined areas.

  • Ability to work in remote and rural environments.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle in environments including city, highway, and rural roads CONUS and OCONUS.

Travel:

  • 21-49% / Regular Travel.

  • This position may require travel to remote overseas locations for extended periods of time.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Prior SOF (O4+/E8+/CW3+).

  • Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.

  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in tactical and operational planning, operations, and training.

  • Minimum of 6 years of recent experience serving in an operations assignment coordinating exercises and training.

  • Minimum of 6 years of recent experience in coordinating / facilitating Teleconferences and VTCs serving in an operations assignment coordinating exercises and training.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in scheduling, coordinating, synchronizing daily operations and administration functions.

  • Professional proficiency in English is required.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Valid driver’s license (proof of which will be required after hire) and ability to qualify for and maintain WWC liability insurance through a clean driving record.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • SOF intelligence experience.

  • 4 years of recent experience serving in an operations assignment coordinating exercises and training.

  • 4 years of experience in scheduling, coordinating, synchronizing daily operations and administration functions.

  • Availability within three weeks of offer date.
