Marketing Analytics Director
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Marketing Analytics Director will lead the data-driven strategies and analysis of campaigns, products, brand and other Go to Market (GTM) activities and investments. Create new insights and recommendations to assist the marketing team with decision making and drive business growth.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Drive the marketing attribution strategy for key business outcomes to measure the impact of marketing activities on key customer lifecycle phases.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align Marketing OKRs and Metrics with broader organizational goals.
Prepare marketing performance executive summaries and presentations to highlight the impact marketing has on overall business performance.
Presents marketing analysis and models for planning cycles to give the business realistic targets to support investment and resource decisions.
Manage performance across all marketing campaigns/channels/initiatives leveraging industry (external) and internal benchmarks.
Engineer marketing dashboards and reports that monitor key metrics and provide prescriptive insights for action.
Establish and manage the Marketing success measurement framework including defining KPIs and promoting data to lead effective decision making.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or a related degree with analytics and quantitative emphasis
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics or other GTM quantitative field. 10+ years overall experience.
Experience pulling data directly from native systems for analysis and decision making
