Our client in Farwell, MI, a global leader in automotive seating and E-Systems, is hiring entry-level Assemblers! No experience is required, and there’s the potential for this temp-to-hire position to become full-time after 60 days.
In this role, you'll work on the assembly of automotive seats, performing tasks that require attention to detail and a passion for hands-on, repetitive work. Depending on your assignment, you may be asked to:
Insert components into molds
Stretch and de-wrinkle materials using steam
Thread wiring harnesses with tools
Assemble side pieces and snap them into place
Wax molds and remove debris for foam pouring
Trim and prepare products for shipment
Pack and label products for delivery
No matter the task, you'll need to communicate any issues to your supervisor or line technician promptly.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, stooping, and lifting
Shifts & Pay Rate:
1st Shift: $15.75/hr.
2nd Shift (2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.): $15.75/hr.
3rd Shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.): $15.75/hr.
All shifts are Monday-Friday with weekend overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $15.75 per hour
