As a Advertising Sales Executive, you will generate new business revenue by selling LexisNexis advertising products within your assigned territory. You will communicate potential opportunities for current customers and develop sales leads for cross-selling.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new revenue growth opportunities in the assigned territory

  • Cultivating further potentials for current customers and developing sales leads for Account Managers for cross-selling

  • Maintaining and expanding the company’s database of prospects

  • Building and managing all existing client relationships in the territory to grow revenue

  • Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records and completing required documentation

  • Planning for approaching and monitoring resources while working within the overall sales plan developed by the team manager

  • Coordinating with Account Receivables for outstanding payment when needed

  • Liaising with other departments within LN to align customer requirements with company objectives

Requirements

  • Have in-depth knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques and CRM systems

  • Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams

  • Be able to converse with your customers to gain insight and understand needs and challenges

  • Display proven track record of working successfully in a business development role

  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Have impressive prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skills

  • Have successful Business-to-Business sales experience

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
