Our client, an industry leader in the production of specialty filter screens for the HVAC and Air Movement Industry, is seeking a Sewer to join their team. As a Sewer, you will be part of a dedicated production team supporting high-quality manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sewer

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience

What's the Job?

• Operate single and double needle sewing machines to produce custom filter screens.

• Follow production order documents accurately to ensure quality and consistency.

• Utilize basic measuring and cutting tools to prepare materials for sewing.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of industrial sewing experience.

• Experience working with Nylon and Vinyl mesh materials.

• Ability to read and accurately follow production order documents.

• Physical capability to stand, sit, and reach across the sewing table for extended periods.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation to and from work.
