Seeking a Senior or Lead CNC Machinist with experience on Haas or Mori Seiki machines. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills, including Mori Seiki and Haas machines, to produce precision components according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software to optimize machining processes and ensure accuracy.
Lead and supervise a team of CNC machinists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
The essential functions of this role include:
