Job Details:

• Hours: 6:00 am to 4:00 pm

• $15.00/hour

Position Overview

Work with team to stage, package, load, and ship all finished goods. Provide guidance to Shipping

*Job Duties *

• Safely operate order pickers and pallet jacks

• Inspect finished materials for compliance to standards

• Assist with the daily cycle count by providing current on hand inventory numbers

• Ensure supplies needed for shipping are maintained to keep the workflow constant

• Communicate effectively with drivers

• Follow and enforce company policies, procedures and safety regulations

• Ensure a clean, safe and well-organized working environment using 5S

• Move finished goods to designated stock areas

• Package and load finished goods for shipment

Education and Experience

• High school education or equivalent

• Basic math skills in metric and standard measuring systems

Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrate quality workmanship and good eye-hand coordination

• Understand verbal and written process instructions

• Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Physical Demands

Moving moderate loads up to 50 pounds from the ground to a pallet or rolling table. Lifting bins up to 20 pounds over head to stock materials as would be typical in an industrial environment. Standing and walking for the duration of the shift, typically 8 hours daily is required.
