A leading retail store in Fargo, ND is seeking a dynamic Retail Front Desk Associate. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers with their product and service needs, maintain the showroom, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales.
- Open and close the showroom
- Sell water treatment products and accessories
- Answer phones, relay messages, and provide outstanding customer service
- Perform water tests and report the results
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team and have previous retail or customer service experience. Potential for advancement into a leadership position. Base pay starts at $18/hour or higher, depending on experience, plus commission opportunities.
