Building Facilities Maintenance and Project Manager
Cityscapes Development is seeking a Building Facilities Maintenance and Project Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities that are owner-occupied, as well as those that are leased to outside tenants within the property portfolio. In this role, you will manage and direct staff to meet goals and objectives related to the planning, design, and delivery of new construction, remodeling, and general facility improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop maintenance schedules and perform all contract and project bid related processes
- Assist in the development, design, and review of construction and remodeling activities with a goal of cost containment, maintainability, and compliance with specifications
- Work with, coordinate, and occasionally assist outside contractors
- Directly supervise all maintenance staff to ensure efficiency and high levels of productivity
- Work closely with the owner and upper management in developing plans for future projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Considerable knowledge of facilities, facility mechanical systems, building construction, construction materials and methods, and systems maintenance
- Ability to efficiently organize and schedule projects in order of importance
- Develop effective working relationships within and across organizational boundaries to achieve goals and maintain positive relationships with staff, other departments, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Valid, insurable drivers license
- Travel to properties in the portfolio that are located out of town as needed
