Amergis Staffing iscurrently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Long Term Care (LTC) assignments in Falmouth ,MA!

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks (+ability toextend)

Number of Openings: 5

Start Date: 4/8 or within 3 weeks of offer

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 (5x8's) /Day/Evening rotation

*Willwork every OTHER weekend/rotating holidays

    Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent LPN LTC experience

  • EPIC experience

  • MA LPN license

  • BLS (AHA)

The LongTerm Care LPN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery ofcare for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilityin the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performsaccording to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care andassisting others in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices

  • Current Health Certificate (if applicable)

  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray

  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

  • Current BLS card

  • Successful completion of screening tests for the clinical specialty area(s) in which the LPN practices with a score of 80% or greater

  • Successful completion of Background Screening Process
