City of Fairhope Golf Cart Attendant in Fairhope, Alabama
Description
Under the supervision of the First Assistant Pro/Golf Shop Manager, the Golf Cart Attendant assists with golf operations to include staging, cleaning, and care of the golf cart fleet at Quail Creek Golf Course. The employee also performs minor maintenance and cleaning duties for the driving range and hitting area and restrooms on the course. The employee provides sand and sand bottles for carts and sand stations on the course for customers and patrons use. The employee also collects and empties trash and all recycle material from the clubhouse. This job is considered safety sensitive and subject to a pre-employment background check and random drug screenings.
Work Schedule:The position is scheduled to work19 hours per week, including someweekends, during Golf Course operational hours (7 days per week, 6:00am - 6:30pm). Will be scheduled to work tournaments, and rotating weekends and holidays.Flexible schedulingis available!
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year previous work experience at a golf course.
- Possess a current and valid drivers license and be insurable.
- Ability to work non-standard work hours.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and an initial drug screen.
