Job Description

Examine machine controls to install plate changeovers and start up machines for production needs when required. Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery. Repair basic mechanical components and replace parts on machines such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, and switches.

Responsibilities

• Examine machine controls to install plate changeovers and start up machines for production needs.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery.

• Repair basic mechanical components and replace parts on machines such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, and switches.

Essential Skills

• Electrical troubleshooting

• Preventive maintenance

• 3+ years of maintenance experience

• Must have their own set of tools

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting experience

• Mechanical knowledge

• Ability to interpret documents such as procedure manuals, blueprints, schematics, charts, and diagrams

• Ability to use precision measuring devices including amp meters, electric meters, and hydraulic gauges

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $67000.00/yr.

Union Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision

Benefits kick in after 90 days of employment

$500 attendance bonus - per month

This is a fully onsite position in Fairfield,OH.
