Job Description

This candidate will

• Be an ambassador to an established citizen developer community to foster innovation and growth across the agency.

• Assist citizen development community with inquiries and troubleshooting for Power Automate Flows, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI.

• Monitor growth of Power Platform Environments and provide recommendations for growth opportunities.

• Field Tier 3 tickets requesting assistance.

• Keep up to date with current developments and upcoming changes to Power Platform to communicate new features to users.

Skills and Requirements

• 3 years of experience administering Power Platform in an enterprise environment.

• Experience deploying Dynamics 365 applications based on customers business process requirements.

• Experience developing canvas- and model-based PowerApps and integrating these PowerApps with external data sources.

• Experience with SharePoint and integrating with Power Apps and Power Automate.

• The ability to interact with developers and users to educate or troubleshoot.

• Experience in using Power Automate to interact with PowerApps and create workflows that model customers business processes.

• An understating of Dataverse, including the ability to design tables, and the ability to utilize them in other Power Platform resources. - Experience using Power Platform Center of Excellence to administer a constantly growing tenant.

• Experience with the Microsoft Graph API. null
