Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing loan applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.

• Verify applicant information, including income, credit, and employment history.

• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to resolve any outstanding issues.

• Ensure all loan documentation meets compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Submit loan files for approval and follow up on any outstanding conditions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records throughout the loan process.

• Provide excellent customer service by keeping borrowers informed of their loan status.

• Work closely with internal departments to facilitate a smooth loan closing process.

  Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of loan processing experience in mortgage, consumer, or commercial lending.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in loan origination software (Encompass, Calyx, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge: Understanding of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
