System One Data Steward, Product Data Management in Ewing, New Jersey

Job Title: Data Steward, Product Data Management

Location: Ewing, NJ (Hybrid: Onsite Tues–Thurs, Remote Mon & Fri)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $25–$32/hr (based on experience)

Duration: Contract through 1/30/2026 (possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and improve product/master data in MDM/PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Agile PLM)

  • Ensure timely, accurate data entry and maintenance

  • Collaborate with data owners to ensure clarity and completeness

  • Audit and enhance data quality, support SOX/Quality audits

  • Support testing for upgrades and fixes

  • Follow EDM standards and escalate issues as needed

    Requirements:

  • 6 months–2 years of experience in data management or ERP/PLM systems

  • Proficiency in Excel: VLookups, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas

  • SAP and Agile PLM experience highly preferred

  • Strong communication, time management, and ability to work independently

    Education:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s in Business or related field

    Preferred:

  • CPG industry experience

  • Understanding of business processes and CPG manufacturing
