Key Responsibilities:

Go-To-Market Campaign: contribute to creative BIG IDEA ideation & strategy building for brand important campaigns from Earned & Owned media lens to EMEA markets;

Social Agency Partnership & TikTok Acceleration: support the development and execution of social piece for brand campaigns and activations in partnership with regional social agencies; contribute to TikTok Acceleration and coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to share social strategy, creator briefing, product seeding, content validation & results monitoring.

Competitor Review & Social Performance Monitoring/Reporting : keep an eye for competitors; DATA person in the consumer marketing team - track and analyze social media performance metrics, with a specific focus on TikTok, META, Google Search for each campaign launch, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Communications : support on Press outreach, event ideas & guideline cascading with EMEA markets and facilitate the process of communication in between Global (based in New York) – EMEA headquarter (Paris) – Local Markets (affiliates); contribute to internal communications by sharing out brand information within the company & organizing employee events

KEY TASKS:

Go-To-Market Campaign: Support on consumer insight data collection & analysis; Contribute with creative ideas during brainstorming sessions; support to build social media strategy in the GTM deck ; adapt/ optimize Global GTM deck to be more EMEA relevant

Social Agency Partnership & TikTok Acceleration: Collaborate with social agency partners in daily operations, including creator brief creation, product seeding, creator content validation, creator content results monitoring; Conduct TikTok newsletter to inform team on the most trendy topics in social

Competitor Reviews & Social Performance Monitoring/ Reporting : Conduct competitor reviews & analysis reports; Track & Analyze social media performance metrics for brand campaigns (tools: Tagger, Dush Hudson, Google Trend) and build campaign post-mortem reports with key takeaways.

Communications : Support on communication pillars guideline building & cascading (press, events); Conduct weekly 360 consumer marketing newsletters to facilitate the communication between Global-EMEA-Markets; Work closely with internal communication team and organize employee event (if needed)

Qualifications

Educational Field/Skills Required:

Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. (Ideally Master 2)

Strong creative & writing skills, attention to detail.

Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas, with a specific focus on TikTok.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

Good understanding of social media analytics tools (Tagger, Dash Hudson, Google Trend…)

Fluent in English.
