Do you have experience in maintaining grounds and doing light maintenance work? As Groundskeeper at Parkside Gardens in Euclid, Ohio, you will be responsible for keeping the grounds and caring for the exterior of buildings as well as housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and some light maintenance work.
Responsibilities :
•Grounds maintenance and caring for exterior of buildings.
•Housekeeping and janitorial tasks
•Other general maintenance duties as necessary
Qualifications :
•One to two years of groundskeeping experience in multi-family/residential properties.
•Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties, if needed.
•Must have a basic set of tools.
•Be responsible and reliable.
•Have a positive, get the job done attitude.
