Description

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a diligent Title Clerk in the automotive industry, based in Estero, Florida. As a Title Clerk, you will be tasked with managing the title email box, handling incoming titles, reassigning titles to buyers, and ensuring all titles are stored safely.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and file physical and digital documents in the designated storage systems.

• Maintain and update filing systems to ensure all information is accurate and current.

• Retrieve documents and files requested by staff in a timely manner.

• Scan, archive, and digitize physical documents as needed.

• Assist with clerical tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, or mail processing.

• Support office staff in maintaining compliance with organizational policies regarding confidentiality and records management.

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in the use of filing systems and digital tools, such as Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong time management capabilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials appropriately.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
