Emerson Intelligent Automation Analyst I in ESTADO DE MEXICO, Mexico

Key Job Functions / Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for automating existing or new processes.

Collaborate within small and large teams to deliver automated processes on project-based assignments.

Work closely with the production support team for deployment, documentation, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer.

Implement the full lifecycle of an automation solution: identify opportunities, capture requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Intelligent Automation tools.

Utilize Intelligent Automation tools such as Robocorp, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, and Noetix.

Build training documents and actively support training events and workshops.

Provide beginner-level training to others and offer mentorship to Citizen Developers.

Pursue and optimally acquire Robocorp or Microsoft Certification.

Continuous Improvement Champion:

Collaborate with process owners to understand and map out their processes.

Apply Lean concepts and process improvement methodologies.

Project Case Builder:

Conduct validations with process owners and ensure an end-to-end business validation upon the completion of development efforts.

Other Duties: Tackle additional duties as needed.

Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or IT.

Preferred Qualifications:

0-1 year of experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products.
