As a Partner Development Intern, you will define product vision and strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of the partner experience and a competitive market. This opportunity will allow you to develop and execute strategies to enable in-product organic growth and focus on central, cross-functional leadership of a product.

Responsibilities

· Engages and builds trusting relationships with partners to grow business. Understands partner priorities, strategies, and goals and how they align with Microsoft’s. Builds account plans.

· Supports building a sales plan with others, asks about the partner's pipeline and helps to review partner's pipeline, top deals, and overall consumption targets. Learns how to coach the partner of top deals and ensures close alignment between the partner's sales team, channel managers, and other relevant teams.

· Escalates challenges and roadblocks to internal teams (e.g., product groups). Ensures results on partner's behalf through resolution.

· Learns and shadows others on how to coach partners on building a world class tech, sales, marketing, and customer success team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

·Working towards Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

· Some experience in positions with partner management, sales, developer, business development, or partner channel development.
