We are looking for a Equity Compliance Expert (f/m/d) !

This position is responsible for the strategic design and execution of compliance processes related to share-based compensation and in line with overall SAPs Total Rewards strategy.The candidate is part of an exciting and diverse international team. We deliver reward winning services for professionals in the dynamic high-tech industry. We apply innovative solution underpinned by the latest SAP technology and partner solutions.

We are offering as location for this role Eschborn , close to Frankfurt or Walldorf , close to Heidelberg.

What youll do

  • Design, implement and maintain SAPs group stock-based compensation (SBC) compliance processes in relation to the SAPs Total Rewards Strategy.

  • Implement and control all SBC compliance operations and procedures to ensure lawful and tax enhanced procedures in line with SAPs guidance and internal policies.

  • Perform legal and tax filings, reporting to local capital market authorities, perform employer related reports and coordinate with legal and tax advisor regular audits to ensure that various equity reward components align with corporate policies and guidelines.

  • Analyse and leverage internal and external market intelligence in the context of SBC and translates into SBC strategies and designs aligned to SAP business strategy.

  • Partner closely with SBC operations to capture operational requirements in SBC design and relevant stakeholders such as Tax, Legal and Finance to ensure compliance and feasibility of new plan designs.

  • Single point of contact for payroll related questions and 2nd level support for manager, Social Partners and employee related taxation questions or escalations.

  • Support with development and conduction of regular trainings and presentations to educate employees about SBC compliance.

  • Perform in-depth research within job scope field and stay informed about any changes in industry regulations and laws.

  • Prepare and present reports on equity compliance metrics.

  • Provides support in Mergers & Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration on SBC-related topics.

  • Support negotiations with social partners in countries with co-determination and consultation rights and provide agreed Social Partner reports.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or masters degree in HR, Law, or related field.

  • Relevant certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience (7 years) in Total Rewards or Compensation management

  • Very good knowledge of all aspects of SBC compensation in a global environment including accounting principles, Corporate Financial Reporting, and taxation.

  • Proven experience in the administration of SBC and compliance role within legal, finance or an HR setting.

  • Strong understanding of global reward programs and SBC related legislation.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.

  • Proficiency in the use of SAP HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, IP*).

  • Fluency in English and German (oral and written) is mandatory.
