Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a smaller company that has been around over 40 years, they are seeking an accountant.

The accountant should have a Bachelor's degree (highly preferred) in accounting or finance or related.

The accountant should have 3+ years' experience and want to grow.

The accountant should be good at process improvement and have the ability (and the want) to make things more efficient.

This accountant will have good work life balance, 100% Heathcare paid for the employee and generous time off.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with the General Ledger

• Proven ability to record Journal Entries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Ability to perform Month-end Journal Entries
