What You'll be Doing
TTEC is searching for an Executive Assistant to provide support to an executive team at our Denver Center of Experience and Innovation (DCXI) office in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Our Executive Assistant will perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative support in the means of preparing correspondence & reports, screen calls, scheduling appointments, meetings, managing international travel itineraries, and onsite event support. The Executive Assistant must possess an elevated level of attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility to a fast-paced deadline driven organization. This individual will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the executive with professional courtesy and acumen and deliver flawless work output. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with professionalism and confidentiality.
During a Typical Day, You'll
Provide sophisticated calendar management for the executive team. Manage and coordinate daily schedules and meetings
Arrange, coordinate, and manage all logistics for executive team meetings, staff meetings and events
Manage onsite logistics, including catering for corporate events, visitor liaison, client/vendor meeting facilitation, and employee engagement activities, in collaboration with Facilities & IT
Assist in meeting planning and preparation work, i.e., drafting agendas, minutes, and meeting materials such as polished and professional PowerPoint presentations, reports, or printed documents
Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
Manage all aspects of travel, including complex domestic and international itinerary planning and scheduling (in accordance with company policy), and expense report preparation.
Prepare correspondence; communicate extensively utilizing a variety of technology
Collaborate effectively with other Executive Assistants on-shore and off-shore
What You Bring to the Role
BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
6 years of executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives of a public company while maintaining a high level of integrity handling confidential information
Excellent organization skills, ability to set priorities and work under pressure to meet changing deadlines
Excellent proofing skills with strong attention to detail and visual formatting
Hospitality and/or catering & events experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and maintains a professional demeanor
Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Products: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (MS Teams Webinar hosting, and SharePoint administration experience a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $80,000-$105,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
