*Hybrid role located in Denver CO, Charlotte NC, or St Louis MO

Our Denver client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their growing Enterprise team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $40 - $44 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Document "click level" process flows for functional teams managing order fulfillment tasks.

• Use Adobe Captivate to record sessions with line-level employees and translate these into flow charts showing decision points, systems, and fields.

• Review, analyze, and evaluate IT systems operations to determine user needs and requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.

• Identify, document and report on current processes and areas of improvement

• Work with functional teams to identify gaps and ways to improve processes

• Support the translation of business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate is helpful, must be willing to learn.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

• Enterprise telecom experience is a plus.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
