Description We are in the cosmetics industry, located in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. This role involves leading marketing campaigns from idea stage through to execution and implementation, analyzing and utilizing analytics to meet digital marketing goals, and exploring ways to improve marketing and communications based on changes in the marketplace and customer behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Gain and maintain a working knowledge of our products, customers, and goals.

• Create branded content consistent with overall marketing goals for events, eNewsletters, social media, etc.

• Lead and manage marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.

• Analyze and use analytics to meet digital marketing goals and improve targeting of specific customer groups.

• Design and execute projects while conferring with graphic designer, marketing director, and other key executives to develop approved corporate marketing tools.

• Explore ways to improve marketing and communications based on changes in the marketplace, new technologies available, and changes in the characteristics and interests of targeted customers.

• Manage email marketing including distribution of eNewsletters utilizing a digital platform.

• Propose and implement detailed strategy for corporate B2B social media communication.

• Maintain the quantity and quality of content on the company website.

• Handle strategic online initiatives; monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.

• Stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world; identify and communicate patterns and trends; leverage into developing initiatives for customer engagement.

• Utilize CRM and Lead Generation tools to deliver quality leads to the sales team.

• Track SEO and identify improvements in driving customers to the website.

• Collaborate with third-party consultants as needed to execute digital marketing and ads. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the cosmetics industry

• Proficient in the use of CRM software for customer relationship management

• Demonstrated experience in using Google Ad and Google AdWords for advertisements

• Proficiency in the use of analytics tools to measure campaign success

• Proven track record in increasing brand awareness through effective marketing strategies

• Experience in campaign planning and execution

• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies

• Proficient in developing and implementing brand strategies

• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
