Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and exceed client expectations.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, measure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value and revenue growth.

  • Analyze client usage data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.

  • Assist in the implementation of new clients, including onboarding, training, and ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for identifying opportunities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Previous experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles is desirable but not required – we welcome candidates with a passion for client success and a willingness to learn!
