We currently have an EXCITING opportunity for a motivated individual to join a local growing organization within their Human Resources department as an Entry Level HR Assistant. As an Entry Level HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their Human Resources team in various administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about HR and seeking to kickstart their career in this field. You will have the chance to learn and grow within a collaborative environment while contributing to the success of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate screenings.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.

  • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and compliance activities.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and enhance departmental efficiency.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Prior experience or internship in HR or administrative roles is preferred but not required.

  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.
