Manor Road, Elverson, PA 19520, in Northampton(PA), Cecil(MD), Harford(MD), Burlington(NJ), Camden(NJ), Gloucester(NJ), Bucks(PA), Berks(PA), Salem(NJ), Chester(PA), Delaware(PA), Lancaster(PA), Lebanon(PA), Lehigh(PA), Montgomery(PA) and New Castle(DE) counties. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include but are not limited to: mowing, trimming, planting, fertilizing, snow removal, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Lift/carry items/equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire random and uponsuspicion drug testing required. Post-hire background checks may be required based on contract requirements. Must possess or be able to obtain U.S. driver's license within 30 days of hire.
