Job Title: Plant Manager

Job Description

Join our team as a Plant Manager, also known as the Value Stream Manager - Brass/Ductile, and play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of world-class, lean manufacturing principles. You will focus on achieving customer service excellence while ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost productivity, cash flow, key CAPEX investments, and inventory management. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, address business performance challenges, and lead value stream transformation. This role involves daily leadership across cross-functional departments, establishing performance goals, and championing lean methodology.

Hard Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

• Leadership experience in manufacturing or related environment

• Experience with change management and continuous improvement activities

• Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Multi-site management

Soft Skills

• Analytical and communication skills

• Team development and conflict resolution

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving

• Change leadership
