Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Recruiter in our Elmwood Park, NJ location (Temporarily virtual)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Utilize efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to fill open positions within designated timeframe
Responsible for posting, modifying, managing requisitions and providing updates to Hiring Managers, HRBPs and leadership
Ensure compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations including OFCCP regulations
Simultaneously manage multiple requisitions for various roles within a matrix organization, quickly shift direction as needed
Conduct strategic intake discussions with Hiring Managers to gather required/preferred skills and document accurate job descriptions
Develop recruiting plan with Hiring Manager for open positions and advise in best practices, escalate as needed
Proactively source and develop candidate talent pipeline via sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, internal database search, job boards, referrals and advertising
Screen and schedule in-person and phone interviews with qualified candidates, presenting top talent to Hiring Managers to determine fit for role and organization and ultimately advancing them through our process
Conduct weekly calibration sessions with HMs to discuss progress, profiles of candidates and drive resolution of challenges with the search for qualified candidates
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or HR during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Extend offers and collaborate with team to initiate background screening and on-boarding
Serve as a liaison to manage relationship and coordination with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Organize and attend job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities
Generate creative ideas for acquiring talent in a highly competitive market
As a BioReference company ambassador, communicate inspiring information to candidates about the company and position, reinforcing the values and culture of BioReference
Consistently strive to improve manager and candidate experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
3 years full cycle recruitment experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process including using an ATS
2 years of sourcing, recruiting, networking and interviewing experience in a high volume environment


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations including OFCCP regulations
Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at various levels in a matrixed organization
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs
Demonstrated ability to source and recruit talent in multiple disciplines and levels, including high volume nonexempt and mid-level exempt professional positions
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools


PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
ICIMS experience Preferred
CRM Experience Preferred
