Note: The pay rate for this job is $30 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Immediate need for Concrete Form Carpenters for large local project in Rapid City South Dakota.

• Work consists of prepping work areas, building concrete forms, tying rebar, and assisting with concrete pours.

• Normal work schedule is Monday to Saturday (6 Days).

• Job is expected to last 4-6 months in duration.

• Measure and cut wood, metal, or other materials to construct concrete forms and supports.

• Assemble and install concrete forms, braces, and supports according to the project requirements.

• Ensure that all formwork is properly aligned, level, and secured to prevent concrete leakage.

• Apply release agents or sealants to the formwork surfaces to facilitate easy removal after concrete has set.

• Dismantle and remove formwork once the concrete has cured, ensuring minimal damage to the concrete surface

• Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard (make concrete forms), using carpenter's hand tools and power tools

 Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation, basic hand tools.

• Pass background check.

• Read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the required formwork dimensions and configurations
