Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a program financial analyst with a background in healthcare/CMS services to provide expert guidance on Medicaid finance matters, including policy implementation, data accuracy, and testing scenarios. Our collaborative, remote team is eager to welcome fresh ideas and expertise to contribute to our national mission.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing federal and state health insurance program policies, designing healthcare data analyses, and creating technical materials for various communities. The role involves monitoring program operations, deliverable requirements, and budget review.

Additionally, this individual will lead efforts to develop national policies on healthcare delivery system innovations, such as shared savings models, value-based purchasing strategies, integrated care models, and quality incentives. They will provide technical guidance on claims and expenditure matters.

Successful candidates will have experience in directing Medicaid policy, financing, operations, and healthcare delivery modernization initiatives.

$67hr to $97hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or Higher

· 5+ years of experience of Medicaid Finance at the Federal or State level.

· 5 + years of experience with Medicaid and CHIP Budget and Expenditures.

· 5+ years of experience business process analysis and/or system analysis to support Medicaid reporting. · Experience with accounting principles.

· Strong communication skills, experience leading and developing teams, proven ability to manage customer relationships

· Experience with Medicaid Reporting Systems including Budget and Expenditure null
