Job Title: Product Specialist Lead

Job Description

As a Product Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for technical troubleshooting customer issues via multiple channels such as phone, text, email, and chat. You will maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes and actions taken. Your role involves determining customer requirements for parts and effectively communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure clarity and satisfaction. Collaborate with engineering teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and expectations. You will address product-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner, advocate for customer communication improvements, and lead customer support initiatives for field quality and product training. Proactively analyze product reviews, integrate customer concerns into team discussions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction, and travel to customer locations when necessary for site-supervision, training sessions, and research/troubleshooting activities.

Job Overview:

  • Job title: Production Specialist Lead

  • Location: Elkton, FL

  • Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (M-F)

  • Pay: $25-$30/hr (based on interview/experience)

  • Manufacturing facility / office environment

  • Perform technical troubleshooting and field calls regarding industrial fans and controls

  • Answer questions regarding installations, set-up, and maintenance

  • Documentation of inbound calls and submit tickets for next steps and records

Qualifications:

  • Technical skills in electrical, HVAC, or related field

  • Ability to problem solve, work with customers and issue resolution

  • Experience using computers, comfortable with data entry, as well as phone calls

  • This is not a traveling position, but the ability to travel is preferred (when needed) to manage/supervise installations
