Job Title: Controls SpecialistJob Description

We are looking for a dedicated Controls Specialist to assist in the overall design and commissioning of control systems. The chosen candidate will have a role in creating lighting control systems for competitive bids in accordance to construction drawings. This key position involves collaboration with both inside and outside staff to ensure the successful completion of lighting controls projects. The Controls Specialist will serve as the technical subject matter expert on all lighting controls systems.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in ELKRIDGE, Maryland.

Work Environment

Our engineering firm is located in Elkridge, MD. We maintain a small, focused team with a concentration on the design and commissioning of control systems for buildings, primarily lighting controls. The successful candidate will divide their time between an office environment and onsite at customer locations. They will be responsible for delivering presentations on how our products operate. Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.
