Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to perform mechanical and electrical repairs on high-speed corrugating machinery, including printing presses, die cutting, flexogluing, and packaging equipment. The role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical panels, and general building maintenance. This is a direct hire position!!
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on high-speed corrugating machinery, including printing presses, die cutting, flexogluing, and packaging equipment.
Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery, including oiling, lubricating, and greasing parts.
Utilize blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to aid in troubleshooting.
Use hand and power tools, including volt meters and electrical testing tools, to complete repairs.
Perform general building maintenance.
Troubleshoot electrical panels and install electrical machinery.
Conduct PLC troubleshooting.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
Familiarity with electrical panels and VFDs.
Experience with printing presses and corrugating machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience on manufacturing equipment.
Preferred trade schooling on top of relevant experience.
Ability to troubleshoot to the root cause.

Work Environment
This position is available on the 3rd shift in a very clean and organized facility with ample open space. The facility is not temperature controlled. The maintenance team is required to work overtime, including Saturdays, especially as the facility builds out. Employees must be comfortable wearing a hard hat and safety vest.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
