We are providing an opportunity for a Staff Accountant to join our team located in El Segundo, California. You will be involved in a range of accounting tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. This role also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in bookkeeping and tax return preparation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' financial records and preparing their tax returns. This opportunity arises as one of our senior staff members is retiring, paving the way for growth and development within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.

• Perform account analysis to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Utilize Lacerte software for efficient and accurate tax preparation.

• Collaborate with team members to provide top-notch accounting services.

• Support clients with their bookkeeping needs and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

  Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with General Ledger management

• Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting tasks

• Experience with Oracle financial software

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting and financial tasks

• Familiarity with SAP for financial operations

• Experience with Lacerte Tax Software for tax-related tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
