Position Description:

A job involving an appointment for infrequent temporary work where the employee is called in as needed.

Major/Essential Functions:

  • Participates in embalming and storage of cadavers used in anatomical teaching based on the processes established by the department.

  • Clean embalming tables, cadaver storage cooler and mortuary equipment.

  • Assists in maintenance of accurate records relating to receipt of cadavers as required by the State Anatomical Board.

  • Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes.

  • Personally demonstrate| display| and act in accordance with TTUHSCEPs values (Service, Respect, ccountability, Integrity|, Advancement, and Teamwork).

  • Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
