Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector
Duties: - Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. - Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. - Collect and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement. - Document inspection results and maintain accurate records. - Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality procedures. - Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar role preferred. - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
